
I personally don’t see the benefit of intermittent fasting but studies have found that it can benefit weight loss, especially since it isn’t a long period I fasting. Of course there are dangerous side effects to doing it though but that’s just like anything else you do that can come with side effects. As for not eating in the mornings, I mean some people can function just fine, others not so much…some even work out before they eat and take fat burners.
Here is a link that explains the benefits of eating breakfast and it does say that you don’t have to eat breakfast immediately in the morning if you’re not hungry…

Ah are you talking about the default on my page or my hair from yesterday? Now that my hair is short again, I suck at doing the natural wave at this length. As for my default, I use a 1 1/2 inch barrel and then run my fingers through my hair and flip it over my head (helps relax them) :)
