I successfully finished spin class, those were my class averages. Not the best I’m sure but ill take it!
After spin I did 25 minutes of shoulders :) Now I’m slaving away at work Til 8pm

I’m so tired; work, gym, nannying, cooking and still have class at 7pm.
I did cook Ground Turkey in Olive Oil with cinnamon. Baked Chicken in Olive Oil with Thyme and Tilapia in Apple Cider Vinegar with Garlic Powder.  
Now, finish studying for this poetry quiz in my Comp 2 course tonight. 
Oh and as for the PB2 question, it increases my calorie intake, it’s also a low fat protein.
